Our report on the major outage on August 10, 2025 in EYERCORD services
On August 10, EYERCORD's IT infrastructure experienced a major outage, which temporarily made most of our products unavailable. We apologize for this outage to all our users whom we let down. In this post, we explain the reasons for the outage, and what steps we are taking to prevent such outages in the future.
